一、岗位画像 具备5年以上运营管理、运维服务、流程管理或项目管理相关工作经验，拥有扎实的运维业务背景，能够深度理解游戏行业运维部门工作特性、各游戏项目组与运维团队之间的协作关系，以及运维工作在版本发布、故障响应、资源协调、问题复盘、流程治理等场景中的关键价值。熟悉运维组织运作模式，能够围绕部门协作效率提升、流程规范建设、复盘机制落地和数据化运营管理开展系统性工作。 兼具流程梳理、体系建设、数据分析与跨团队推动能力，能够全面摸排运维部门日常工作模式，梳理关键协作链路，识别职责边界不清、流程断点、信息传递失真及低效重复劳动等管理问题，并推动沉淀标准化SOP、协作规范和复盘机制；同时具备优秀的对内对外沟通协调能力，能够联动运维内部各角色、研发中台及各游戏项目组，建立稳定顺畅的协作关系。能够通过常态化复盘、数据统计分析和流程优化，持续推动运维部门向标准化、精细化、自动化方向演进，为运维团队日常运作和游戏项目稳定交付提供全方位运营管理支撑。 二、岗位职责 1. 负责运维部门内部及跨部门协作流程的梳理、优化和运营管理，推动关键工作场景规范化、可追踪化和可复用化。 2. 建立并持续优化运维部门流程体系，覆盖版本发布、变更申请、资源协调、故障响应、问题升级、值班协同、跨项目支持、复盘整改等关键场景。 3. 沉淀标准化SOP、协作规范和操作指引，推动部门内部统一执行，降低协作摩擦和重复沟通成本。 4. 对接公司各游戏项目组、研发中台、测试及相关协作单元，梳理运维对内对外协作工作流，明确责任边界、响应机制和升级路径。 5. 主导组织运维常态化复盘工作，围绕发布异常、重大故障、协作问题、流程偏差等场景输出复盘报告及改进方案，并持续跟踪整改闭环。 6. 搭建运维运营数据统计维度与监控模型，定期分析发布成功率、故障数量、恢复时长、响应时效、自动化覆盖率等关键指标，通过数据支撑流程优化和管理决策。 7. 协同运维、研发及平台团队推动自动化发布、流程自动化和规则标准化建设，将流程问题和运营痛点转化为可执行的优化项和改造需求。 三、任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、项目管理、工商管理、工业工程等相关专业优先。 2. 具备5年以上运营管理、流程管理、运维服务、项目管理或相关工作经验；有运维部门流程治理、发布管理、问题复盘、数据运营相关经验者优先。 3. 熟悉运维日常工作场景，理解版本发布、变更管理、故障处理、值班协同、跨团队支持等核心运维流程。 4. 能够独立完成流程梳理、制度建设、SOP编写、复盘组织和问题闭环管理工作，具备较强的问题洞察能力和机制建设能力。 5. 具备较强的数据思维和分析能力，能够独立完成数据采集、统计分析、趋势判断和专题复盘，并通过数据推动管理优化和自动化建设。 6. 具备优秀的跨部门、跨团队沟通协调能力，能够高效承接各游戏项目组需求并联动运维内部资源推进问题解决。 7. 结果导向、抗压能力强，做事严谨细致、逻辑清晰，具备良好的责任心、执行力和长期建设意识。 四、加分项 1. 拥有游戏行业从业经验，熟悉游戏项目上线、发布及运维协作模式。 2. 有运维运营、服务管理、流程治理、复盘体系建设经验者优先。 3. 熟悉飞书项目、多维表格、Jira、Confluence、BI报表等工具，能够独立搭建流程跟踪表和数据看板者优先。 4. 持有PMP、ITIL或相关项目、服务管理认证者优先。
