如果你也想和一群认真做游戏的人并肩作战，欢迎加入我们，一起把脑洞、热爱和好点子变成真正被玩家喜欢的作品！ 岗位职责 1. 主导Unity/Cocos游戏项目的整体架构设计与搭建，保障系统具备高扩展性、稳定性及可维护性。 2. 负责核心游戏逻辑模块的开发与实现，确保游戏玩法流畅且符合设计预期。 3. 跨团队协作：与美术团队配合优化资源加载及渲染流程，提升视觉表现；协同后端团队设计高效数据交互协议，保障游戏数据实时同步。 4. 深入分析游戏性能瓶颈，运用Unity引擎特性进行针对性优化（含内存管理、帧率提升、多机型适配等），确保游戏在各平台稳定运行。 5. 主导团队技术建设：指导培养成员提升技术能力，严格审查代码质量，确保符合团队规范与行业标准。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，985/211院校背景优先。 2. 6年及以上游戏开发经验，精通Unity/Cocos引擎及其他常用框架，具备独立开发核心模块的能力。 3. 扎实的面向对象编程基础，熟悉常用设计模式；拥有0-1大型网络游戏开发经验，擅长资源管理、性能优化及视觉表现提升。 4. 具备优秀的逻辑思维与沟通能力，责任心强、抗压能力突出，对游戏开发充满热情。 5. 加分项：拥有IOS/Android平台已上架产品开发经验，熟悉移动平台接口适配；或具备AI工具/AI Agent实际应用经验，能将其融入工作流程提升效率与交付质量。
