岗位职责 1. 负责重点项目在中东地区买量整体策略制定与落地，对消耗规模、投放效率、回收表现和阶段性业务目标负责。 2. 直接对接发行负责人、制作人及项目组核心成员，深度理解产品目标和业务阶段，能将业务目标拆解为投放侧的渠道策略、预算分配、素材方向、出价方式和节奏规划。 3. 基于ROAS、LTV、留存、付费率、回本周期等核心指标，搭建投放分析框架，快速从复杂数据中识别关键问题、机会点与优先级，形成明确的行动方案。 4. 主导 Meta、Google、TikTok、ASA 等主流海外渠道的投放管理与优化，持续关注平台新功能、新产品形态和新打法，并结合业务实际推动落地验证。 5. 协同设计、编导和项目组推进素材测试与迭代，建立相对稳定的素材测试机制、复盘机制和爆款方法论，持续提升新素材测出率与素材供给效率。 6. 负责投放小组的日常管理与能力建设，包括目标拆解、过程跟进、复盘纠偏、人才带教与团队分工优化，提升团队整体作战能力。 7. 输出阶段性专题分析、经营复盘和高层汇报材料，能够面向管理层清晰呈现问题判断、核心结论、风险提示和后续建议。 8. 对账户安全、素材合规、平台政策变化、数据异常等风险保持敏感，及时预警并推动解决，保障业务稳定推进。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上海外效果广告投放经验，具备较强的结果导向和业务判断能力。 2. 有实际带人或带组经验，能够完成团队分工、目标管理、过程辅导和结果复盘，有2年以上团队管理经验优先。 3. 熟悉海外主流广告平台及其投放逻辑，包括但不限于 Meta、Google、TikTok、ASA 等；具备中重度游戏、棋牌、slots、social casino 、语聊房或相关项目经验者优先。 4. 有大体量项目操盘经验，有单项目月消耗 100 万美金及以上经验者优先；如有从0到1搭建新项目投放体系或多地区规模化放量经验更佳。 5. 具备强结构化思维，能够从复杂数据中提炼核心结论，而不是停留在数据描述层；能独立完成专题分析、策略推演和业务复盘。 6. 具备较强的向上汇报能力，能面向发行负责人、制作人和管理层进行高质量沟通，讲清楚现状、问题、判断依据和资源诉求。 7. 具备较强的跨部门协作能力，能够推动研发、设计、数分、商务等多方协同，对关键事项敢于暴露问题、敢于推动落地。 8. 具备较强的抗压能力和执行韧性，在复杂业务环境下能保持稳定判断，不回避问题，不做表面工作。
