岗位职责 我们在找一个能够站在平台整体视角，对用户经营、商业化和生态结果负责的主运营——既能看懂整个业务盘子，也能统筹团队，把平台经营从“固定规则”逐步升级到“数据+算法驱动的千人千面”。 核心工作 1、平台经营体系： 建立用户全生命周期经营框架，统筹用户分层、商业化、资源投放、活动及生态策略，提升用户长期价值和平台经营效率。 2、算法与精细化运营： 与数据、算法团队协作，基于用户价值、资产、行为和生命周期建立千人千面策略，逐步应用于资源投放、计费点/商品、活动奖励、流失干预等场景的动态调控。 3、版本运营： 从经营目标出发参与平台版本规划，判断“做什么、为什么做、优先级是什么”，明确重点版本的目标用户和核心指标，并推动上线验证与复盘；同时搭建和培养版本运营能力。 4、团队管理与能力建设： 统筹运营团队，明确各模块目标和Owner，培养核心骨干，沉淀运营方法论、SOP和知识体系。 5、业务线赋能： 当业务线运营能力不足或经营出现问题时，能够介入诊断、跑通策略并沉淀方法，最终将能力下放给业务团队。 6、AI工作流： 推动AI工具/Agent应用于数据分析、用户洞察、策略设计和复盘等运营场景，提升团队效率和交付质量。 任职要求 1、211/985统招本科及以上，8年以上游戏运营经验，有棋牌游戏、平台型游戏、大DAU或Social Casino项目经验优先，有成熟团队管理经验。 2、具备较强的平台经营和商业化能力，能从用户、收入、经济生态等多个维度判断问题，而非只擅长单一活动或运营模块。 3、数据和策略能力强，能完成“数据洞察 → 问题判断 → 策略设计 → 实验验证 → 结果迭代”闭环，有算法运营、用户模型或动态策略经验优先。 4、具备高阶版本运营能力，能从经营目标倒推版本策略、需求优先级和核心指标。 5、具备团队管理和复杂项目推动能力，能统筹产品、数据、算法、安全及不同业务线共同拿结果。 6、具备AI工具/AI Agent实际应用经验者优先，能够将其融入日常运营工作流。
