【岗位职责】 1. 了解策划需求，配合策划根据游戏内容提出相应的动效方案，积极参与动效实现技术方案的讨论，提供专业见解，定义视觉动效标准。 2. 能够独立完成动效在引擎内的调试与落地，对输出的成果进行审核与验收。能使用Unity Profiler等工具进行性能分析，配合程序解决特效相关的性能瓶颈，确保最终在URP管线下的动态视觉效果与运行效率达到最佳平衡。 3. 严格把控动效质量，建立并输出符合项目要求的动效相关sop文档，打造高品质特效标杆；攻克动效在引擎内表现的技术难点和性能优化痛点。

【任职要求】 1. 大专或本科以上学历，美术、设计或相关专业背景，具备5年以上游戏动效设计经验。主导过两款以上游戏的核心动效设计，具有优秀的色感、节奏感，对运动规律有较深的认知，有自己的审美体系。 2. 精通Unity引擎的特效工作流，对URP（通用渲染管线）下的特效表现有深入研究和丰富的实战落地经验。 3. 具备成熟的技术方案选型能力，能根据项目需求在2D/3D/粒子/Spine/序列帧之间做出合理取舍。熟练掌握粒子系统、材质球编辑，具备独立在引擎内调优特效表现与性能的能力。 4. 具有跨团队协作经验，能够适应产品的不同风格，具有较强的沟通能力，执行能力和问题解决能力。 【加分项】 - 有完整的组长带队经验，具备成熟的质量把控意识。 - 具备较强的手绘贴图能力或定制化Shader编写能力。 - 具备2D Spine制作能力。 - 附带高质量作品集（需包含特效演示视频，如有引擎内实机录屏或 breakdown 拆解更佳）。 - 会使用AI辅助创作，具备探索新技术优化工作流的热情。
