岗位职责： 1. 独立负责捕鱼游戏核心玩法相关的需求发起、跟踪、落地、数据分析、复盘的全流程，确保功能实现和目标完成； 2. 负责项目组游戏的相关系统和功能设计，根据需求整理并输出完整且可执行的策划方案； 3. 负责把控功能/项目进度，协调美术、研发资源，保障所负责的项目模块按计划完成开发上线； 4. 参与组织所负责项目节点复盘、包括但不限于结合版本概况、需求记录分析、总结经验，提出有效的流程优化建议； 5. 参与分析行业竞品，能独立整理和分析竞品的优缺点，持续跟踪产品/竞品动态，并输出全面且完整的竞品文档和优化方案。

任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历，大厂或一线游戏公司经验优先； 2. 3年及以上游戏策划工作经验，至少参与一款项目立项、研发、上线、运营等完整的制作流程，有休闲游戏项目经验者优先； 3. 具有丰富街机游戏经验，捕鱼，Slots，棋牌等相关游戏开发经验优先； 4. 具有较强的策划案编写能力，能够输出有价值的策划案模板和编写方式; 5. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，能清晰阐述自身想法和观点，推动跨部门高效沟通； 6. 具有敏锐的市场意识，熟悉数据分析、商业化策略、产品优化、竞品分析等； 7. 具备良好的逻辑分析能力、学习能力，擅于分析总结、提炼出问题。
