岗位职责 1.负责游戏产品在直播平台（如抖音、快手、B站、虎牙、斗鱼等）的商务合作拓展与维护，建立长期稳定的主播/KOL/公会资源合作关系。 2.制定并执行直播渠道推广策略，包括但不限于主播分成合作、买量直播、活动联动、内容营销等方式，提升游戏曝光与转化。 3.对接MCN机构、公会及头部主播资源，推动达人合作落地，完成下载、注册及付费等核心转化目标。 4.结合产品版本节奏，策划直播专题活动（如版本上线、节日活动、赛事直播等），提升直播内容传播效果。 5.跟踪直播投放数据（曝光、点击、转化、ROI等），进行效果分析与优化，持续提升投放效率。 6.协调公司内部运营、市场、投放及产品团队，推动直播项目顺利执行与复盘优化。 7.关注直播行业趋势及平台政策变化，及时调整合作策略与资源布局。 任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏行业直播商务/渠道商务/直播运营相关经验。 2.熟悉主流直播平台生态（抖音、快手、B站、虎牙、斗鱼等），了解主播、公会、MCN运作模式。 3.有丰富的直播资源（头部主播、公会、MCN机构）优先，有成功游戏直播推广案例者优先。 4.具备较强的商务谈判能力、资源整合能力及项目推进能力。 5.对游戏行业有较高热情，熟悉小游戏、休闲游戏推广逻辑者优先。 6.数据敏感度高，能够基于数据进行投放优化与策略调整。 7.具备较强抗压能力和结果导向意识，能适应快节奏工作环境。
