岗位职责： 1. 主导3D动作设计项目，确保动作质量和风格符合预期 2. 优化并改进动作设计流程，提升团队工作效率 3. 指导团队成员，提升团队整体动作设计水平 4. 具备良好的语言表达能力及合作态度，积极主动地与特效，3D模型等职能协作，确保游戏最终效果优良; 5. 具备良好的镜头语言，把握角色动作的节奏、速度层次、打击力度，为角色赋予表现力

任职资格: 1. 大专及以上学历，美术相关教育背景，有5年以上相关工作经验； 2. 游戏3D动作从业5年以上; 3. 至少1款Unity引擎项目开发经验; 4. 能熟掌握3D动作技巧，扎实的动画专业基础，熟练掌握人类和动物的肢体运动规律; 5. 具有良好的审美能力，丰富的想象力，有较强的适应风格能力,对游戏目标客层的审美标准有足够的研讨和吸收能力; 6. 有良好的协作能力及语言表达能力，能够承受一定的工作压力，具备高度的耐心和责任心。
