岗位职责 1. 推动现有产品体系升级，包括养成线、经济系统、活动系统与商业化模型的深度升级，对项目最终结果负责； 2. 以数据驱动产品增长，验证核心指标（留存、付费、LTV、ROI等）； 3. 基于用户行为与市场变化发现新的产品方向，推进产品迭代并进行验证； 4. 构建并领导高效团队，管理并协调项目的开发和运营，保障项目成员的工作效率和状态，稳定输出； 5. 根据市场行情、用户需求等因素，寻找全新的产品机会点，负责核心玩法验证与项目提案，从0-1对项目负责。

任职要求 1. 全日制统招本科或以上学历，985/211或海外留学经验优先； 2. 5年以上团队管理经验，并有主导至少一款、成功上线和持续运营的经验； 3. 对养成体系、商业化和经济体系有深度理解，同时熟悉捕鱼/Slots/棋牌类游戏者优先； 4. 对数据和市场有敏锐的洞察力，热爱游戏行业，精通游戏开发流程 5. 对做出精品游戏保持极高的热情和决心，较高的个人领导魅力；
