岗位职责 1. 围绕公司业务、AI + 游戏、游戏 + 及品牌项目开展传播执行，参与制定传播计划、挖掘传播选题、协调多方资源，推进发布及传播复盘，成熟后可独立负责中等复杂度项目； 2. 独立完成新闻稿、采访资料、媒体 Q&A、品牌案例等 PR 内容撰写与整理，支撑采访、奖项、论坛等外部传播需求； 3. 搭建并维护传播案例库、公司资料库及标准素材体系，持续更新公司及业务信息，降低项目资料获取重复成本； 4. 维护并拓展游戏、互联网、科技、财经垂类媒体资源，搭建媒体关系库，负责日常选题沟通与采访对接，维护媒体合作基本盘； 5. 开展日常舆情监测与常规舆情初判，跟进传播数据维护、项目复盘及行业会议、奖项等潜在传播机会。 任职要求 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，1-3 年品牌公关、企业传播、媒体或相关工作经验，有游戏 / 互联网 / 科技行业 PR 或媒体经验者优先； 2. 具备扎实的文字能力，可独立完成新闻稿、采访资料等正式对外内容，不依赖大量修改即可达到对外发布标准； 3. 具备新闻与传播基本判断力，能够从业务信息中提炼传播价值点，而非仅对业务信息进行简单改写； 4. 具备优秀的项目推进能力，可协调内部业务、设计、外部合作方等多角色，对时间节点和交付结果负责； 5. 对游戏、互联网、科技行业有浓厚兴趣，能适应多传播项目并行推进的工作节奏，具备基本英文信息获取和沟通能力者优先； 6. 能够主动将 AI 工具应用于资料研究、内容生产、舆情分析等 PR 场景，具备信息核验与二次加工能力，提升工作效率。
