职位名称：资深活动运营｜棋牌 / Slot 方向 岗位职责 负责棋牌类产品的活动运营体系搭建，包括日常活动、节日活动、付费活动、召回活动、留存活动及高价值用户运营活动。 基于用户分层、付费行为、游戏偏好、生命周期等数据，设计差异化活动策略，提升用户活跃、留存、付费转化、复购及 ARPU。 深入理解棋牌用户心理，包括刺激感、成就感、奖励反馈、社交攀比、回本心态、沉没成本等，设计符合用户行为特征的活动玩法。 负责活动从策划、规则设计、奖励配置、资源协调、上线跟进、数据复盘到迭代优化的完整闭环。 与产品、数值、研发、设计、投放、客服等团队协作，推动活动需求落地，确保活动体验、节奏和收益目标达成。 监控活动核心数据，包括参与率、转化率、付费率、ROI、留存、流失、奖池消耗、用户分层表现等，并根据数据及时调整策略。 研究竞品活动机制及行业趋势，持续优化活动玩法、奖励结构和用户运营策略。 针对高价值用户、付费用户、流失用户等重点人群，制定精细化运营方案，提升用户长期价值。 任职要求 3-5 年以上游戏活动运营经验，有成熟的棋牌游戏产品项目经验者优先。 必须熟悉棋牌产品逻辑及用户行为，对付费刺激、活动节奏、奖励反馈、用户分层运营有成熟理解。 有完整项目经验，能够独立负责中大型活动策划与落地，并对活动结果负责。 具备较强的数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题、判断活动效果，并提出可执行的优化方案。 熟悉常见活动模型，如充值返利、累计充值、限时礼包、转盘、排行榜、任务系统、签到、连充、召回、VIP 活动等。 对数值敏感，能够理解奖励成本、用户付费能力、活动 ROI 与商业化目标之间的平衡。 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力和项目推进能力，能协调产品、技术、设计等资源高效落地活动。 结果导向强，抗压能力好，能适应快节奏、多活动并行的运营环境。 加分项 有东南亚等海外棋牌产品运营经验。 熟悉高付费用户运营、VIP 体系或社群运营。 有从 0 到 1 搭建活动体系或负责产品商业化增长的经验。 对竞品活动拆解、用户付费路径、活动数值配置有系统方法论。 英语良好者优先。
