岗位职责: 1. 负责公司手游产品的信息流推广，如：广点通、头条、快手等； 2. 制定项目整体的广告投放策略，并在执行推进过程中及时作出策略调整方案； 3. 把控广告创意策划，结合投放策略和方式，调整投放素材在不同媒体的方向； 4. 在项目执行过程中进行数据采集，分析，定期整理并汇报，对项目的风险和大盘做预演； 5. 负责投放团队的工作管理，带领团队完成项目目标，并帮助团队成长； 6. 对投放管理体系工具的搭建和优化提出合理的方案； 7. 对行业的动态保持敏锐的嗅觉，可以针对新的打法提出可行性的方案进行尝试。

任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上广点通、头条、快手广告推广经验，掌握其投放模式及机制，了解媒体算法； 2. 优秀的数据分析能力，能够熟练使用excel、word等办公软件制作统计报告； 3. 思维活跃，创新能力强，有良好的文案创作、广告创意能力，营销创意策划能力； 4. 善于沟通，执行力强，有较好的抗压能力及团队协作精神； 5. 热爱游戏，对游戏行业、人群了解深入，熟悉手游线上推广方式，有丰富的游戏行业推广经验，有团队管理经验者优先。
