岗位职责: 1. 针对游戏产品需求进行分析、评审，提前识别问题需求并对其提出优化建议； 2. 深入理解需求，独立维护测试计划、设计与编写测试用例，持续积累完善业务文档； 3. 根据测试用例对游戏产品进行全面测试，撰写测试报告，并对测试结果进行风险预估； 4. 善于总结经验，能够及时沉淀自己的工作并输出总结文档，分享测试经验，持续提升项目质量； 5. 不断优化测试流程，提升研发质量意识，注重测试左移； 6. 了解竞品分析竞品，并在用户体验及游戏可玩性方面提供有针对性的建议；

任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机及软件工程相关专业优先，5年及以上实际游戏测试经验，有经历完整游戏项目研发上线者优先； 2. 熟悉iOS和Android主流系统设备配置和设置； 3. 熟练掌握测试理论、测试方法、测试流程和规范，有较强的用例设计与评审能力； 4. 熟悉数据库，掌握基本的SQL语法，有Python、Java等语言基础者优先 ； 5. 热爱游戏，具有很好的责任心、逻辑思维能力和沟通能力、良好的团队意识； 6. 工作积极主动，具备良好的学习能力，能承受一定强度的工作压力； 7. 对AI和Ai agent有理解和应用的优先；
