岗位职责 1. 负责休闲手游各类特效设计与落地制作，保证特效风格统一、节奏流畅、视觉观感舒适。 2. 根据策划需求、参考素材及产品风格规范，独立完成特效拆解、设计制作、调试输出，精准匹配游戏玩法与节奏，突出视觉层次感。 3. 配合美术、策划、动画协同迭代，对接过场动画、玩法展示等内容，补齐产品视觉短板，优化整体美术表现效果。 4. 严格遵循项目美术规范，把控特效资源精度、内存、帧率，适配移动端性能要求，输出合规、可直接落地的美术资源。 5. 主动复盘制作问题，持续优化特效制作流程与表现效果，跟随项目迭代持续优化视觉体验，快速吸收优秀竞品表现并落地应用。

任职要求 1. 美术、动画等相关专业，2年及以内游戏特效工作经验，有欧美休闲游戏经验者优先。 2. 熟练掌握Spine、AE、Unity特效制作工具，序列帧、粒子特效制作流程，能够独立完成游戏特效输出。 3. 具备良好的色彩感知、节奏把控和审美能力，懂光影、层次、动效节奏，擅长打造清爽、明快、高爽感的休闲游戏特效风格。 4. 学习能力强、上手速度快，对休闲手游视觉风格有敏感度，可快速对标竞品、适配项目风格，快速适配团队工作节奏。 5. 执行力高效，沟通顺畅，能够精准理解需求、减少反复修改，服从项目排期，按时保质完成迭代任务。 6. 态度踏实主动，有较强的成长意愿和责任心，愿意深耕休闲游戏特效方向，接受团队培养，具备快速晋升潜力。
