我们是专注于精品休闲类游戏的团队，先后研发了多款捕鱼、三消及休闲RPG等项目，其中捕鱼系列产品为公司拳头产品，业内领先水平，已稳定运营多年且收入仍呈上升趋势。 身为项目组的策划，你会在项目中拥有较高的自主权和决定权。我们鼓励自己提出和把控策划案方向而非单纯执行，也鼓励自行分析项目数据提出优化想法。我们希望在这里，你能快速接触和全面学习策划的过程和结果把控，并不断通过反馈正向积累数据经验，与大家共同成长！

岗位职责： 1、捕鱼数值内容设定，包括但不限于商业化系统、养成系统、渔场BOSS等数值体系的制定和演算； 2、分析捕鱼游戏养成、金币等数值相关方面现状，跟进系统并分析上线后数据，给到数据支撑，以及调优方向。 3、制定游戏内的属性、技能数值，易于横向和纵向的拓展，保持一段预期时间内的数值平衡性； 4、制定游戏内的货币、道具，各玩法的产出、消耗，保持一段预期时间内的经济稳定性； 5、配合设计游戏框架和数值相关规则； 6、编写的策划案需形成规范的书面文档，且逻辑性和条理性强，易于阅读理解。

任职要求: 1、本科及以上学历，3年以上数值策划经验，熟悉捕鱼、海外slots项目类型，有大型项目数值经验者优先； 2、独立负责过养成投放或商业化模块的数值，熟悉游戏数值架构，精通策划设计原理，具有成熟的设计方法论； 3、有丰富的游戏经验和游戏知识，对深入了解的游戏数值体系有过自己的分析和反推演算。对游戏的经济系统有一定的思考，乐于关注游戏各方面的平衡性调整； 4、产品导向，竞品思维，了解市场和玩家需求； 5、精通Excel的数值建模与运算，掌握数据库操作、有基本程序编写能力者优先； 6、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，良好的沟通表达能力和抗压能力。
