岗位职责 1. 持续关注产品活跃、留存、付费、消耗及用户行为等核心数据，及时发现数据异常和业务问题； 2. 针对数据变化进行拆解分析，结合版本内容、产品机制和用户行为定位原因，并提出优化方向； 3. 负责版本、功能、活动及运营策略上线前后的效果分析，判断目标是否达成及主要影响因素； 4. 围绕用户分层、付费转化、流失、商业化及玩法体验等方向开展专题分析，为产品决策提供支持； 5. 跟踪优化方案上线后的实际效果，验证分析结论并推动后续调整； 6. 沉淀版本分析、功能评估及用户分析等方法和模板，提升团队数据分析效率。 任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，须毕业于985院校； 2. 具备游戏行业数据分析、数据运营或相关工作经验； 3. 能够独立完成问题定义、数据拆解、原因分析及结论输出； 4. 熟悉游戏产品常见指标，具备版本、功能或活动效果分析经验； 5. 熟练使用SQL、Excel等数据分析工具； 6. 具备较强的业务理解、逻辑分析和沟通推动能力，能够将数据结论转化为可执行的优化建议。 加分项 1. 有捕鱼、棋牌、休闲游戏或长线运营产品经验； 2. 有用户分层、付费分析或游戏经济系统分析和精细化运营的配合经验； 3. 能够通过AI的实际应用结果
