岗位职责： 1. 负责公司办公网（无线、有线）、园区网、SD-WAN、骨干网、数据中心及弱电机房网络的整体架构规划、技术选型与高可用设计，持续跟踪行业技术趋势，制定并主导网络技术演进路线； 2. 主导网络自动化与工程化体系建设，运用自动化工具实现网络配置、变更、巡检的代码化管理，推动运维模式变革； 3. 构建并优化网络监控、告警与应急响应体系，作为核心技术专家主导重大故障排查与复盘，保障业务连续性； 4. 深度协同安全团队，将安全能力融入网络架构，负责网络边界安全与访问控制策略的实施； 5. 建立并持续完善网络运维制度、技术标准与 SOP 体系，指导并提升团队技术水平，沉淀技术文档与最佳实践，确保网络基础设施高效、稳定、安全地支撑游戏发布、全球运营和内部研发需求； 6. 主导网络相关项目的全生命周期管理（规划、立项、交付、验收），协同内外部资源，灵活响应业务部门需求，确保项目质量与交付时效；

任职资格： 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，8 年以上大型网络规划、设计与运维经验，其中至少 3 年担任技术核心或负责人角色； 2. 精通 TCP/IP、BGP、OSPF、VXLAN/EVPN 等核心协议，熟悉无线网络及弱电网络相关标准，具备复杂网络故障的深度排查能力； 3. 精通 SD-WAN、无线控制器、负载均衡、防火墙等网络产品，具备中大型企业网络架构设计及落地经验； 4. 具备成熟的自动化开发能力，熟练使用 Python / Go / Terraform 等工具，有网络自动化项目成功实践； 5. 具备网络运维制度与标准体系的建设经验，有中大型网络项目的全生命周期管理经验； 6. 拥有卓越的系统性思维与问题解决能力，具备出色的跨部门沟通协调与影响力，能灵活响应业务需求；对网络稳定性、性能及成本优化有极致追求；
