岗位职责： 1. 协同制作人与主策划，负责棋牌游戏核心玩法与系统框架设计，持续进行体验调优与竞品对标。 2. 深入调研全国各省市棋牌市场，挖掘潜力玩法，完成从规则设计到可执行策划方案的全流程输出。 3. 负责协调需求制作进度，协调美术、研发资源，跟进所负责的项目模块按计划完成开发上线； 4. 组织所负责项目节点复盘、包括但不限于结合版本概况、线上数据分析，总结经验，提出有效的流程优化建议； 任职资格： 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、游戏设计相关专业优先，具备大厂或一线游戏公司经验者优先。 2. 1-3年棋牌游戏策划经验，完整参与过棋牌项目从立项到上线运营的全生命周期。 3. 精通至少一款主流麻将规则，熟悉全国流行玩法，深度棋牌爱好者优先。 4. 熟悉玩家心理与行为模式，具备优秀的市场分析能力与用户需求识别能力。 5. 具备出色的跨部门沟通能力，强烈的团队协作意识与抗压能力，以项目目标为导向，具备专业坚持精神。
