岗位职责： 1. 承接项目业务目标并完成运营指标拆解，围绕用户生命周期梳理关键指标及核心转化环节；结合用户行为及业务数据分析，识别数据提升机会，为游戏策划及产品设计提供明确的数据依据和优化方向。 2. 负责项目运营数据的持续监控、分析与复盘，跟进核心功能、系统及运营策略上线后的实际效果，及时识别问题及机会点，推动后续方案迭代和数据改善。 3. 持续关注国内外同类产品及市场变化，研究竞品在用户运营、商业化及核心指标提升方面的策略与方法，结合项目实际情况形成可落地的运营思路，并推动项目运营策略持续迭代。 4. 负责运营团队的管理与能力建设，明确团队成员目标及职责，提升运营人员在数据分析、问题判断、方案设计及复盘优化等方面的能力，持续提升团队整体产出效率和工作质量。 任职资格： 1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上休闲棋牌或相关游戏运营经验，熟悉国内外休闲棋牌市场、用户特征及常见运营模式。 2. 曾作为运营侧核心负责人或主导者，深度参与至少一款游戏项目从0到1的开发及运营，并取得较好的运营数据结果。 3. 具备较强的数据分析和业务判断能力，能够从业务目标出发拆解核心指标，通过数据发现问题、提出假设并推动方案落地及验证。 4. 具备较强的项目推动和跨团队协作能力，能够协调策划、产品及其他相关资源，把握重点并推动目标达成。 5. 具备良好的团队管理和人才培养能力，能够对团队成员进行目标管理、工作指导及能力提升。
