岗位职责 核心创意输出： 独立负责 1-3 款小游戏的广告创意全链路管理。产出跑量的原创脚本和分镜，对爆款素材的产出负责。 全流程项目管理： 负责从创意构思、脚本撰写、到后期落地的全流程把控。统筹内部设计及外部供应商资源，确保素材按时按质交付，具备较强的项目进度管理能力。 深度文案创作： 精通小游戏用户心理，负责高质量广告文案、脚本台词的撰写。能够精准捕捉网络热点并进行二次创作，通过文字和视觉语言构建强吸引力的游戏场景。 AI 提效应用（基础门槛）： 熟练运用 AI 视频/图片工具（如可灵、即梦、nanobanana 等）辅助创意可视化，快速生成分镜 Demo 或原型素材，利用 AI 降低沟通成本并提升创意迭代效率。 数据驱动优化： 对素材 ROI、付费成本等核心数据指标保持高度敏感。通过数据复盘拆解素材表现，总结方法论，指导后续创意的迭代与优化方向。 任职要求 创意背景优先： 过往公司top3绩效排名优先，本科及以上学历，汉语言文学、广播电视编导、广告、戏剧文学等相关专业优先；有短视频、短剧或游戏买量经验者加分。 顶尖内容能力： 具备极强的创意思路文字功底和视觉审美。能独立完成逻辑严密、反转精彩的脚本撰写，拥有“爆款”思维，对幽默感、冲突感的把控精准。 项目统筹能力： 具备良好的跨职能沟通协作能力，能够高效协调设计师与投放团队，有项目管理经验或能同时处理多任务流程者优先。 AI 工具应用： AI 是入职的基础门槛。要求能熟练使用至少一种主流 AI 创作工具进行分镜产出或素材辅助制作，不要求精通算法，但要求能用 AI 快速落地脑中的创意。 行业敏锐度： 深度热爱游戏，是重度网络冲浪选手。对热点敏感，能迅速将流行的梗、反转剧式营销与产品结合，拒绝套路化，追求差异化创意。
