产品经理（企业信息化） 岗位职责： 1. 负责企业内部信息化相关产品建设，如HR、IT、行政等方向的产品需求，深入了解业务流程，与业务方紧密合作，结合实际情况提供长期产品解决方案 2. 推动产品方案的落地和执行，与设计、技术、QA等部门密切协作，推动项目顺利进行，确保产品方案的有效实施，对产品质量负责 3. 分析监控系统运营情况和数据情况，积极收集关注用户反馈，规划改进计划，持续优化产品功能与用户体验。 任职要求： 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，信息管理、计算机等相关专业优先； 2. 3年以上企业信息化产品经理经验，有HR产品建设经验，至少独立主导过1个及以上中后台产品的全生命周期； 3. 有游戏行业背景优先，有IT、行政、财务等产品建设经验优先； 4. 有较强的用户视角和产品思维，抗压能力强，责任心强，能推动多方资源达成目标，具备优秀的沟通协调能力和逻辑思维能力
