我们是个很年轻的团队，目前是一个由视觉设计师和视频设计师组成的大家庭。我们主要负责公司和游戏品牌设计（包含：投放平面&视频、创意品牌广告、产品品牌平面&视频等）。这些都需要浑身充满艺术细胞的你，做公司设计宣传的艺术家。团队氛围活泼，希望优秀的你能带给我们不一样的惊喜！

岗位职责： 1、负责国内小游戏的素材创意输出，能独立完成2D玩法、前贴素材的原创和迭代类的创意脚本的输出; 2、熟悉主流广告平台，对广告素材ROI/付费成本/等数据指标有较高敏感度，从数据角度出发，分析并优化广告创意； 3、结果论导向，结合产品状况和受众特征，探索爆款素材; 4、了解行业动向和前沿趋势，实时关注竞争对手，并进行拆解和策略分析; 5、能独立负责1～3个产品的全部创意内容，并持续跟进。具备良好的沟通能力，能够与投放、设计师、项目组、素材供应商保持日常的沟通协作；

任职要求： 1、具备产出爆款买量广告的能力，曾在过往买量广告岗位中取得Top3的成绩排名优先； 2、结果论导向，具备较强的数据思维和数据分析能力，能从数据中总结素材规律，并提出有效的迭代方案； 3、抗压能力强，主动做事，沟通能力强，工作态度佳，较强的自主学习能力，乐于接受挑战 4、本科及以上学历，新闻学、汉语言文学等相关专业优先，有2年相关行业经验者优先； 5、具备优秀的文案编辑和撰写能力，文字功底扎实，感染力强； 6、热爱游戏，性格开朗，思维活跃，对网络热点有强烈的嗅觉和敏感度；
