岗位职责： 1. 负责公司内部财务线产品相关工作，深入了解业务流程，与业务、财务、产研团队紧密合作，结合实际情况提供长期产品规划、解决方案以及主导落地； 2. 主导业财结算、费控、资金等模块的产品规划和设计工作，推动产品方案的落地和执行，与设计、技术、QA等部门密切协作，推动项目顺利进行，确保产品方案的有效落地； 3. 分析监控系统运营情况和数据情况，积极收集关注用户反馈，规划改进计划，持续优化产品功能与用户体验。 任职要求： 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，财务、信息管理、计算机等相关专业优先； 2. 8年以上产品经理经验，至少5年以上财务信息化产品设计经验，熟悉业财逻辑和信息化上下游关系，独立主导过至少1个财务系统从0-1的全生命周期； 3. 有结算、费控、财务共享中心、财务数据建设、业财对账模块建设经验优先； 4. 拥有敏锐的用户视角和产品思维，抗压能力强，责任心强，善于协调多方资源达成目标，同时具备优秀的沟通协作能力与逻辑思维能力。
