岗位职责 1、负责游戏活动主题、场景、角色IP立绘、道具及宣传素材的原画设计，确保作品符合产品定位并达到行业优秀品质。 2、深入理解版本需求、玩法逻辑和用户体验，完成从概念设计、方案推进到资源落地的全流程品质把控。 3、熟练运用 AI 绘画工具及主流设计软件提升创意探索和生产效率，并沉淀可复用的方法、流程与规范。 4、参与制定并持续优化原画品质标准、设计规范及协作流程，推动团队整体美术品质提升。 5、与策划、UI、动画及研发团队紧密协作，及时解决落地过程中的视觉与技术问题，保证最终呈现效果。 6、关注中东市场审美、游戏行业趋势及竞品表现，持续提出有依据的美术优化建议。

任职要求 1、美术、设计、动画等相关专业，本科或专业美院背景优先。 2、具备扎实的手绘、造型、色彩和构图能力，擅长写实或半写实风格；具备动画基础者优先。 3、具备游戏原画相关经验，熟悉活动主题、系统配套美术或小游戏美术设计；有完整上线项目经验者优先。 4、熟练使用 Photoshop 等主流设计软件，能够运用 AI 绘画工具完成创意探索、风格验证及高质量产出，并能总结相关方法。 5、具备基础 3D 能力，能够完成宝箱、货币、小型道具及常用 材质球 的制作与辅助设计。 6、具备较强的审美判断、品质把控和项目推进能力；有团队协作、带教或管理经验者优先。 7、热爱游戏行业，持续关注产品、竞品和用户体验，对作品品质有较高要求。

加分项 1、有中东市场、Casino、Domino、Ludo 或棋牌类游戏美术经验。 2、有活动主题整包设计经验，能够统筹场景、角色、道具及宣传素材的统一视觉表达。 3、有成熟的 AI 工作流实践，能展示从创意探索、工作流选择到精修落地的完整案例。 4、有动画、3D 或跨职能美术协作经验。
