岗位职责: 1. 负责手游和小游戏产品投放，主打字节和腾讯广点通，同时涉及其他渠道小游戏投放（快手等）； 2. 负责制定项目整体投放策略和打法，并在执行推进过程中及时作出策略调整方案； 3. 结合投放策略和方式，把控素材创意，调整投放素材在不同媒体的方向； 4. 负责投放数据整理&分析，定期复盘，及时对项目的风险和大盘做预演；

任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历，3年及以上游戏投放经验，做过小游戏投放加分； 2. 掌握游戏投放模式及机制，了解媒体算法，有投过各个渠道小游戏的经验者优先； 3. 具备良好的数据分析能力，能够梳理投放各环节的数据和逻辑链路； 4. 具备良好的团队协作及跨部门沟通能力，能够清楚表达投放想法和思路。 5. 能够对行业的动态保持敏锐的嗅觉，可针对新的打法提出可行性的方案进行尝试；
