我们正在筹备一座游戏美术馆，位于上海，由安藤忠雄设计，总建筑面积约 12,000 平方米。

这是一座以电子游戏文化为核心方向的美术馆。我们希望把“游戏”从日常消费与娱乐经验中重新提出来，将它视为一种能够表达思想、塑造经验、反映时代的文化形式，并让它进入被理解、被呈现、被研究、被记录与被传承的公共视野。

在这里，我们展示的不是艺术品，也不只是游戏硬件；而是围绕游戏所生成的经验、情感、记忆与共鸣，是对游戏想象力与创造力的赞美，也是对游戏背后文化结构、体验方式与价值意义的持续思考。

因此，我们正在寻找的，不是传统意义上的主策展人，而是愿意共同搭建这座美术馆内容与方法的人。我们希望组建一个共创型内容创意团队，一起完成从展览叙事、内容研究到创意提案的生成。

岗位职责 1. 参与常设展叙事框架的搭建与迭代 围绕核心命题、章节结构、内容逻辑、观众路径等关键维度，参与美术馆常设展整体叙事框架的构思、生成与完善，推动“游戏文化”转化为清晰、有层次的展览表达。 2. 负责展览相关内容研究与资料梳理 围绕电子游戏的发展线索、历史脉络、代表作品、相关理论与参考内容，开展系统性研究与内容整理，为展览方案提供扎实、可靠的研究基础和内容支持。 3. 参与重点展项与体验逻辑的创意构思 参与展览叙事内容在空间中的呈现方式设计，提出展项创意、互动体验与内容表达方案，推动叙事逻辑向展览形式的转化与落地。 4. 支持内外部团队的内容沟通与协作推进 与设计团队、顾问、合作方等外部团队进行内容层面的沟通协作，对外部方案进行内容理解、判断与反馈；同时协助梳理内部内容方向，确保信息传达准确、清晰、有效。

任职资格 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，具备 5年以上相关工作经验，有 0-1 项目经验者优先 不迷信年限，更看重的不是数字，而是这 5 年是不是在升级。有高质量项目经验，且有明显的成长轨迹，有自己沉淀的破题思路。 2. 对游戏有结构化理解和明确观点 我们要找的不仅是“会玩游戏的人”或“资深玩家”，是对游戏有深刻思考并形成自己的知识体系的人： - 玩得多又好：必须长期、广泛、深入地接触游戏，对不同类型、机制与玩家经验有真实积累。 - 深刻的理解：要能从文化、历史、机制、体验、叙事、类型等多个维度理解游戏。 - 独立的判断：对游戏有自己的判断和观点，同时具备较宏观的认识框架与持续积累的知识面，而不是只会表达个人喜好。 3. 对抽象议题的转译能力和公共表达意识 我们希望你不仅能理解内容本身，还能进一步把内容问题转化为展览语言，能思考内容如何进入观众，如何被章节承载，如何转成展项、体验和空间表达。 - 结构化能力：能够把复杂、抽象、偏概念性的议题，转化为清晰的展览结构与叙事线索，而不是停留在文字和观点层面。 - 创意体验设计意识：能够思考观众如何进入一个问题，如何通过观看、互动、沉浸、参与等不同方式真正“经历”内容，而不只是“接受信息”。 - 解决问题与落地能力：不仅能提出创意和方向，也能进一步思考它是否成立、是否可推进、实现路径是什么，在创意与落地之间找到平衡。 4. 具备共创气质 我们不适合强控制欲、强集权式的创作人格。我们更希望你是一个有判断、能讨论、能协作、也能共同生成方案的人。 5. 具备英文能力和AI使用能力 你需要具备良好的英文口头与书面工作能力，并能够熟练使用 AI 提升研究、写作、梳理与协作效率。
