岗位职责 1. 负责游戏客服团队的日常管理，包括排班、工作分配、服务质量监控和团队绩效管理。 2. 建立并优化客服服务流程、话术规范、问题处理标准和升级机制，提升玩家服务体验。 3. 跟进玩家咨询、投诉、充值、账号、活动、BUG反馈等问题，协调产品、运营、技术等团队推动解决。 4. 定期复盘客服数据，包括响应时效、解决率、满意度、投诉类型、玩家反馈趋势等，并输出分析报告。 5. 负责客服团队培训与辅导，提升团队成员的业务能力、沟通能力和复杂问题处理能力。 6. 参与游戏上线、版本更新、活动运营等节点的客服支持准备，提前识别潜在玩家问题并制定应对方案。 7. 处理重点玩家、重大投诉、舆情风险及突发事件，维护品牌形象和玩家关系。 8. 推动玩家反馈沉淀为产品和运营优化建议，提升游戏体验和用户留存。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上客服相关经验，1年以上客服团队管理经验，有游戏行业经验或互联网行业经验优先。 2. 具备良好的团队管理、沟通协调和跨部门推动能力，能够有效处理复杂问题。 3. 对数据敏感，能通过客服数据发现问题并推动流程或产品优化。 4. 具备较强的服务意识、抗压能力和风险意识，能够应对突发情况和高压投诉场景。 5. 熟悉客服系统、工单系统、在线客服工具及常见办公软件。 6. 热爱游戏，了解玩家心理和游戏社区生态者优先。

加分项 1. 有棋牌类游戏客服管理经验。 2. 有客服质检体系、知识库搭建或客服培训体系搭建经验。 3. 有用户运营、社区运营或舆情处理经验。 4. 有AI智能客服相关项目经验。
