岗位职责： 1. 独立负责棋牌休闲类游戏的相关系统、玩法、数值、界面及交互等内容的设计，确保功能实现和目标完成； 2.负责跟踪分析产品数据，通过挖掘用户需求，持续优化迭代功能玩法。 3.参与分析行业竞品，能独立整理和分析竞品的优缺点，持续跟踪产品/竞品动态，并输出全面且完整的竞品文档和优化方案。 4.负责把控功能/项目进度，协调美术、研发资源，保障所负责的项目模块按计划完成开发上线；

任职资格： 1.本科及以上学历，大厂或一线游戏公司经验优先； 2.5年以上游戏行业策划工作经验，至少参与过一款线上的棋牌游戏产品研发； 3.有参与一款项目从0到1的开发经验，且该项目运营数据良好优先; 4. 优秀的逻辑分析能力，自驱能力强，有数据分析能力者优先； 5.具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，能清晰阐述自身想法和观点，推动跨部门高效沟通； 6.具有丰富棋牌游戏经验，捕鱼，Slots，棋牌等相关游戏开发经验优先；
