岗位职责 一、集团核算体系建设与组织管理 1. 全面负责集团核算管理体系建设，统筹集团及各子公司核算工作的组织分工、管理机制、目标管理和质量标准。 2. 负责集团核算团队管理与能力建设，推动团队从日常核算交付型向规则建设型、流程优化型、数据驱动型和业务支持型组织升级。 3. 建立集团核算质量管理机制，持续提升月结、年结、报表、合并、海外核算等工作的准确性、效率、稳定性和可追溯性。 4. 负责核算团队梯队建设、关键岗位培养和绩效管理，提升团队对复杂业务、重大交易、新业务模式及跨境经营的专业判断和支持能力。 二、集团重大核算规则与会计政策管理 1. 负责集团重大会计政策、核算规则、判断标准和财务数据口径的顶层设计、审定和持续优化。 2. 统筹各个关键核算模块的规则建设和管理机制。 3. 针对公司各个业务模式（自研/联运/代理等），建立集团层面统一、清晰、可执行、可系统化的收入确认、成本归集、分成结算和账务处理原则。 4. 对新业务、新合同、新交易模式、重大合同安排及复杂交易事项提供前置核算判断，推动财务规则嵌入业务流程和系统流程。 5. 对重大会计估计、重大调整事项、复杂交易、利润波动、资产减值、跨境交易及多准则差异等事项进行专业判断和风险把关。 三、集团关账、报表与经营决策支持 1. 统筹集团月度、季度、年度关账管理，负责关键节点、重大事项、关账风险、数据质量和整体交付结果把控。 2. 统筹集团合并报表管理，建立统一的合并口径、数据校验机制、重大合并事项管理机制和报表质量标准。 3. 对集团财务数据进行高层次分析和风险识别，支持管理报表、经营分析、预算复盘和管理层决策。 4. 推动财务数据标准化、口径统一和跨系统数据治理，提升财务数据在经营管理、业务决策和风险预警中的应用价值。 5. 统筹审计、税务检查、监管资料及重大外部披露支持工作，确保资料完整、口径一致、逻辑清晰、过程可追溯。 四、AI应用、自动化建设与财务流程变革 1. 负责规划集团核算领域AI应用、自动化建设和财务流程变革方向，识别高价值场景并制定落地路径。 2. 推动自动入账、自动对账、自动结算、自动关账、自动合并报表、智能凭证生成、智能报表校验、智能异常识别等财务工作流建设。 3. 能够基于业务模式、核算痛点、数据基础和系统能力，判断AI及自动化项目的优先级、可行性、投入产出和阶段性目标。 4. 牵头财务系统、数据平台、RPA、AI工具及业财一体化相关项目，推动核算规则、数据口径、审批流程、结算逻辑和报表机制系统化。 5. 协同业务、BP、税务、资金、法务、信息化、数据等团队，推动跨部门流程重构、系统改造和自动化机制落地。 6. 建立AI及自动化工具在核算场景中的应用评估机制，持续提升核算效率、数据质量、风险识别能力和组织产能。

--- 任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理、审计、金融等相关专业。 2. 10年以上财务核算、集团财务管理或会计政策管理经验，3年以上团队管理经验，有集团型企业、多主体、多业务线核算管理经验。 3. 有游戏、互联网、平台型或数字内容行业经验，熟悉游戏充值收入、渠道分成、CP分成、联运结算、平台结算、退款、递延收入等业务场景。 4. 熟悉中国企业会计准则，具备扎实的复杂交易判断能力；熟悉IFRS、HKFRS或海外当地准则者优先。 5. 有海外主体核算、跨境交易、多币种报表或多准则财务管理经验，能够统筹境内外核算口径和报表管理。 6. 具备集团核算体系建设、会计政策管理、流程优化、内控管理、财务系统建设或业财一体化项目经验。 7. 具备AI、RPA、数据自动化、财务系统或智能化工具在财务场景中的应用经验，能够提出方向、设计路径并推动落地。 8. 对AI推动财务工作流变革有成熟思考，能够围绕自动入账、自动对账、自动结算、自动关账、自动合并报表、异常识别等场景进行规划和项目推动。 9. 具备较强的组织管理能力、跨部门协同能力、项目推动能力和复杂问题解决能力。 10. 具备较强的经营理解、数据意识和风险判断能力，能够从核算结果中识别业务问题并支持管理决策。 11. CPA、ACCA、中级会计职称或同等专业资质优先。 12. 英语可作为工作语言者优先。
