岗位职责 1、区域发行策略：负责港澳台、东南亚、中东等目标市场的发行规划与落地，制定上线节奏、版本策略、定价与商业化方案，推动核心指标达成（流水、ROI、留存、ARPU、回本周期等）。 2、增长与投放协同：联动买量/素材/代理/渠道团队，制定投放策略与预算分配，跟踪投放效果并持续迭代（素材方向、受众、出价、落地页/商店页等）。 3、本地化与内容运营：推动语言、文化、宗教与合规相关的本地化适配（文案、美术、活动、礼包、节日节点），输出可执行的本地化规范与验收标准。 4、线上素材落地产品玩法：熟悉超休玩法，能把"素材测出"转成"研发可落地方案"，包括玩法说明、用户路径、奖励机制、上线成本预估 5、数据分析与复盘：建立区域指标看板与复盘机制，定位问题并提出改进策略（活动、付费点、节奏、用户分层运营），推动产品/研发快速迭代。 6、跨团队项目管理：与研发、产品、客服、BI等紧密协作，推进版本、活动、支付接入、客服SOP、风控策略等关键事项按期交付。

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏海外发行/运营经验（IAA/混变超休游戏优先），有独立负责区域或项目经验。 2、熟悉至少一个目标市场（港澳台/东南亚/中东）用户特征、主流渠道生态、付费习惯与内容偏好；对宗教与文化差异有敏感度。 3、结果导向，能围绕目标拆解策略并推动落地；具备较强的数据分析能力（能用数据驱动决策与复盘）。 4、具备良好的跨部门沟通与项目管理能力，能在多方协作中推动交付。
