职位描述： 1. 负责公司中后台产品及内部信息化系统的前端架构设计、技术选型与核心模块开发，保障系统的高可用性和可扩展性。 2. 主导企业级前端组件库、工具链或中台解决方案的设计与落地，推动团队代码规范化和工程化体系建设。 3. 带领前端团队，负责任务拆分、技术指导、Code Review及成员能力提升；协调跨端资源，确保项目高效交付。 4. 深入理解业务需求，参与产品技术规划，主导技术难点攻关（如低代码平台、复杂权限系统、性能优化等）。 5. 探索前沿技术（如AI应用落地、微前端、监控、智能化等）在B端场景的落地，提升团队技术影响力。

职位要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先。 2. 7年以上前端开发经验，其中至少2年团队管理或Tech Lead经验。 3. 有国内一线互联网公司（如阿里、腾讯、华为、字节等）B端项目经验者优先。 4. 精通 React/Vue 技术栈及其底层原理，具备复杂项目架构能力（如状态管理、性能优化、安全性设计）。 5. 主导过企业级组件库或前端中台从0到1的建设和迭代，熟悉模块化、标准化开发流程。 6. 掌握前端工程化（Webpack/Vite、CI/CD、质量监控）； 7. 熟悉 Node.js/NestJS，能够进行工程化工具开发或BFF层设计。 8. 熟悉B端高频场景（如工作流引擎、数据可视化、微前端、监控等），有内部信息化系统（如HR、财务、OA）开发经验。 9. 具备团队管理经验，能制定开发规范、协调资源并把控项目进度。 10. 良好的技术规划与决策能力，能平衡业务需求与技术债，并制定前端技术架构演进路径。

加分项： 1. 有 AI 相关经验（如 LLM 应用集成、AI辅助开发工具、智能化场景探索），喜欢探索新技术。 2. 了解桌面端（Electron）、跨平台（React Native、Flutter）、数据可视化、DevOps、服务端（Python/Java）等技术。
