岗位职责 1. 负责小游戏产品的整体营销策略，以品效合一为目标，为营销内容质量、规模和用户活跃、用户新增指标负责； 2. 熟悉小游戏产品的营销方式，如直播、IP合作、达人营销、事件营销、短剧定制等，为营销项目完成度和效果负责，实现推广效果最优化； 3. 保持对市场热点及新营销手段的敏锐度，能结合热点完成产品内容创新，并及时做爆款/热点分析，总结规律，有效实践到自身负责的产品里； 4. 与游戏项目组、发行团队深度绑定，阶段性复盘营销效果，以实现用户规模增长，提高用户粘性为综合目标。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，5年及以上游戏营销经验，有小游戏推广经验优先； 2. 熟悉国内休闲小游戏市场，具备项目实操经验，熟悉内容生态营销，能独立完成推广策划内容并落地执行； 3. 热爱游戏，对行业发展有自己思考见解，对热点信息有足够的敏感度； 4. 思维活跃，富有创意，逻辑清晰，具有较强的统筹和沟通能力。
