岗位职责 1. 业务逻辑实现：深度参与游戏业务逻辑需求设计与代码实现，构建稳定高效的游戏核心玩法； 2. 服务器架构优化：开发与维护高性能服务器组件，从承载规模、稳定性、安全性、效能等多维度进行系统优化，保障服务质量； 3. 分布式架构设计：主导服务器架构升级，设计并落地支持百万级DAU的分布式架构，实现动态扩缩容能力； 4. 跨团队协作：与策划、客户端等团队紧密协作，持续打磨产品核心体验，确保服务器内容的效果、质量与稳定运行； 5. 代码质量保障：严格遵守代码规范，通过代码审查与测试协作，确保业务功能的可靠性与可维护性。 任职资格 1. 学历与专业：全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2. 编程基础：扎实掌握Golang/C++编程技能，深入理解网络通信、数据库、多线程、标准库及常用第三方库； 3. 技术栈要求：熟悉MongoDB、MySQL/Oracle、Redis、Etcd、Kafka、Kubernetes等主流技术栈，具备分布式架构与业务组件设计能力； 4. 工作经验：5年以上软件开发经验，拥有SLG/MMO游戏开发及上线运营经验者优先； 5. 软技能：具备独立解决复杂问题的能力，良好的代码习惯与架构思维，热爱游戏行业，富有责任心与团队协作精神。 公司文化与福利 我们秉承"BE WILD.
