产品经理（账号权限方向） 岗位职责： 1. 负责账号权限方向相关产品的全生命周期管理，包括但不限于行业调研、产品规划、需求分析、功能设计等工作 2. 推动产品方案的落地和执行，与设计、技术、QA等部门密切协作，推动项目顺利进行，确保产品方案的有效实施 3. 分析监控系统运营情况和数据情况，积极收集关注用户反馈，规划改进计划，持续优化产品功能与用户体验。 任职要求： 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，信息安全、计算机等相关专业优先； 2. 3-5年产品经理经验，至少1年以上账号权限产品设计经验，熟悉RBAC、ABAC等权限模型并能灵活应用； 3. 完整参与过1个及以上的权限产品的全生命周期设计和研发过程者优先；有IAM、SSO等企业级中台系统建设经验优先；具备商业化账号权限产品经验者优先； 4. 有较强的用户视角和产品思维，抗压能力强，责任心强，能推动多方资源达成目标，具备优秀的沟通协调能力和逻辑思维能力
