二、高级项目经理（中台1名） （一）岗位画像 具备6年以上项目管理经验，其中至少3年游戏行业中台项目管理相关经验，是中台项目管理的核心骨干与统筹者。既精通项目全流程过程管理方法论，能搭建并优化中后台项目管理体系与流程，又具备极强的跨部门衔接能力和资源整合能力，可高效协调项目组与中后台的需求与资源冲突。同时具备扎实的产品运营思维，能从业务视角驱动项目落地，为中台服务效率与项目交付质量负责，可带领团队推进复杂项目，指导中级及以下项目管理人员开展工作。 （二）岗位职责 项目过程管理（核心）：负责中台内部重大、复杂项目的全流程过程管理，包括项目立项、规划、执行、监控、收尾全阶段，制定详细项目计划，把控项目进度、质量、成本、风险，确保项目按时按质交付。 跨端衔接统筹：牵头负责中台与各项目组的衔接工作，建立常态化沟通机制，精准同步双方需求与进度，协调解决跨部门协作中的资源冲突、需求分歧等核心问题，保障协作顺畅。 体系与流程优化：梳理并优化中台项目管理流程、协作规范及相关制度，搭建适配部门业务的项目管理体系，提升内部项目管理效率与标准化水平。 资源协调与管理：统筹中台内部资源（人力、物力、财力等）的分配与调度，结合各项目优先级与业务需求，合理规划资源，提升资源利用率。 团队指导与赋能：指导中级项目经理及团队成员开展项目管理工作，沉淀项目管理经验与最佳实践，组织内部培训与分享，提升团队整体项目管理能力。 产品运营协同：具备产品运营思维，参与中台相关服务产品的运营规划，结合项目交付效果与业务反馈，提出优化建议，推动服务产品迭代升级，提升业务支撑能力。 其他工作：完成上级交办的其他重大项目管理及部门核心工作，参与部门战略规划与落地推进。 （三）任职要求 学历背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、项目管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。 工作经验：6年以上项目管理经验，3年以上游戏行业中后台（如登录、支付、客服、研发支撑等）项目管理经验，有大型游戏或休闲类游戏项目中台统筹管理经验者优先。 专业能力：精通项目管理方法论及工具（如飞书项目管理、Teambition、TAPD、Jira、Project、Confluence等）；具备项目全流程管控能力，能独立应对复杂项目的风险与问题。 协作能力：具备极强的跨部门沟通协调能力、资源整合能力，能快速建立信任关系，高效解决跨端协作问题。 运营思维：具备扎实的产品运营或业务运营思维，能从业务价值视角出发，驱动项目落地与服务优化。 综合素养：具备较强的 leadership 能力、决策能力、抗压能力，逻辑思维清晰，做事严谨有序，有高度的责任心与团队协作精神。 加分项：熟悉游戏研发全流程、中台各支撑部门（登录、支付、客服等）业务流程者优先；持有PMP、PRINCE2等项目管理专业认证者优先；具备一定的产品设计或技术理解能力者优先。
