岗位职责： 1. 主导设计游戏中的角色、场景、UI动画等相关特效; 2. 为不同项目制定符合项目的特效风格标杆，提供创意解决方案； 3. 主动协调策划、技术开发团队，主导特效技术落地，确保高品质成果与设计意图高度一致； 4. 深入理解动画实现原理与引擎限制，主导性能优化方案，平衡视觉表现与流畅体验； 5. 制定特效资源规范（贴图、骨骼、粒子等），实施深度优化策略，提升项目整体运行效率。

任职资格: 1. 本科及以上学历，5年+游戏特效设计经验，主导过3款以上已上线休闲/Slot类游戏的全流程开发； 2. 动画/影视/设计相关专业优先，精通运动规律、节奏感等动画理论，具备美术风格拆解能力； 3. 精通2D骨骼动画工具Spine，能独立完成复杂角色动画、UI动效及爆奖特效的设计与实现。 4. 热爱游戏行业，具备极强的责任心与自驱力，能主动推动创新方案落地；拥有卓越的跨团队协作与沟通能力，抗压能力突出。
