岗位职责 1. 负责海外棋牌相关游戏项目的素材创意输出，独立完成买量素材的创意输出、制作、数据跟踪及后续迭代优化。 2. 熟悉海外主流广告平台，对广告素材ROI/付费成本等数据指标有较高敏感度，从数据角度出发，分析并优化广告创意。 3. 快速适配多地区、多项目的美术风格切换，精准匹配棋牌/Slot/休闲/超休游戏的视觉调性与买量需求。 4. 搭建成熟可落地的 AI 工作流，实现产能提效，探索与落地前沿 AI 玩法。 5. 了解行业动向和前沿趋势，实时关注竞争产品，并进行拆解和策略分析。 任职要求 1. 2年以上海外游戏买量平面设计经验，有棋牌/Slot经验者优先，具备东南亚、港澳台等地区买量经验者加分。 2. 数据敏感，能基于数据提出迭代方案，有已验证的爆款素材产出经历优先。 3. 具备扎实的平面设计功底，有审美能力和多风格适应能力。 4. 熟练掌握可灵、即梦、Lovart、Nano Banana 等前沿AI设计工具，熟悉AI工作流应用。 5. 具备良好的沟通能力和较强的自主学习能力，抗压能力强，工作态度佳，能够与投放、设计师、项目组保持日常的沟通协作。
