岗位职责： 1. 负责公司内部 IT 系统、办公终端和服务器的日常运维及故障排查，保障系统稳定运行与业务连续性； 2. 维护办公侧核心系统（如DNS、DHCP、 AD 域控、文件服务器等）及办公基础设施，处理系统异常并落实整改； 3. 管理私有云（如ZStack、OpenStack等）及办公支撑平台（如 JumpServer、Zabbix等）相关资源，保证办公业务连续性与稳定性； 4. 编写并优化自动化脚本（Shell / PowerShell / Python），提升办公系统与桌面端运维效率，降低人为操作风险； 5. 主动发现问题、推动解决方案落地，并与业务运维、IT 安全、平台工程等团队协作，保障跨部门办公稳定性； 6. 沉淀日常运维经验与操作规范，形成 SOP 文档、监控策略和知识库，为团队提供可复用资产。 任职资格： 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年及以上办公 IT 系统或桌面运维经验，熟悉企业级 IT 基础设施； 2. 熟悉 Windows Server、Linux 等操作系统，具备独立分析、排障和性能优化能力； 3. 熟悉服务器、存储等相关硬件设备，对硬件性能和特性有一定了解； 4. 熟悉私有云（ZStack/OpenStack）及办公支撑系统运维，有实际操作经验； 5. 熟练使用 Shell、PowerShell 或 Python 等至少一种脚本语言，有自动化运维实践经验； 6. 具备主动性、责任心和执行力，能够独立解决问题，数据驱动运维决策，有跨团队协作能力，熟悉办公业务流程。
