岗位职责 1.统筹游戏发行全生命周期的数据采集策略，重点覆盖买量、归因、商业化、关键玩法、召回/再营销等核心链路，设计埋点方案并推动落地，保障关键数据的完整性与准确性。 2.搭建发行侧核心指标体系，包括但不限于ROAS、LTV、留存率、回本周期等，牵头 BI 平台及数据看板的规划、验收与迭代，为管理层及业务团队提供可视化决策支持。 3.深度参与产品立项、版本调优、运营活动、买量策略优化等核心环节，结合数据建模、趋势分析与专题分析，输出可落地的发行侧优化建议。 4.协调投放技术、投放、设计、研发等跨部门资源，推动研发-发行-投放技术的数据打通、指标口径统一及投放工具平台功能迭代，提升数据应用效率。 5.跟踪海外投放渠道政策、归因技术、数据工具与预测建模相关趋势，探索用户分层、LTV 预测、AI 预测等方向在业务中的应用，为产品与发行创新提供数据支持。 任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，5 年以上游戏行业数据分析经验。 2.有海外游戏发行/买量数分经验者优先；有海外游戏商业化、投放分析、归因分析经验者优先。 3.熟悉棋牌、slot、social casino、捕鱼等品类的数据特点，具备相关产品数据体系搭建、商业化优化或买量分析经验者优先。 4.精通 SQL、Python等工具，具备用户分层、LTV/回收预测、专题分析等能力；熟悉 Tableau、Power BI 等可视化工具。 5.熟悉 Meta、Google、TikTok、ASA、AppLovin等海外主流投放渠道的投放逻辑、归因逻辑及核心指标体系者优先。 6.熟悉 AppsFlyer等归因/数据工具，具备数据口径治理、埋点设计、看板验收或数据打通项目经验者优先。 7.具备较强商业敏感度和 owner 意识，能从数据中识别业务问题，拆解目标并推动跨部门协作落地；有复杂项目从 0 到 1 推进经验者优先。 8.自驱力强，抗压能力突出，能在快速变化的业务环境中保持高效执行；有带团队经验者优先。
