岗位职责： 1. 根据部门战略和制作人一起共同定义游戏的整体框架及方向； 2. 协助制作人进行游戏项目的团队管理，制定和分配策划工作； 3. 帮助团队成员提升策划能力，促进团队良性发展和进步； 4. 负责研发期和运营后产品的不断调优，持续提升产品品质。

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上棋牌游戏策划经验，1年以上担任核心策划工作经验; 2. 有完整且成功运营棋牌类游戏设计经验；对棋牌游戏有深刻的认知； 3. 熟悉玩家心理，具备优秀的市场分析能力，对各类用户的游戏需求有识别和把控能力； 4. 热爱棋牌游戏，具备出色的沟通能力，较强的团队合作意识和抗压能力。
