岗位职责 1. 负责客户、合作伙伴及政府部门来访的商务接待，统筹接待方案、行程安排、车辆出行及现场协调。 2. 协助工程项目的商务对接和现场协调，推进项目前期沟通、合作洽谈及落地执行。 3. 协助跟进项目报建、审批沟通及相关政府事务，做好内外部资源协调。 4. 负责公文、汇报材料、商务文件、会议纪要及对外宣传文案的撰写与整理。 5. 维护与客户、政府部门、行业协会及相关单位的日常联系，及时跟进合作事项。 6. 协助处理临时接待、突发公共事务及领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格： 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，专业不限；具备3年以上商务接待、公共事务经验，具有工程项目或政府事务相关经验者优先。 2. 具备良好的职业形象、商务礼仪及沟通亲和力，能够胜任重要商务接待场合 ，具备较强的统筹协调、服务意识和临场应变能力。 3. 文字功底扎实，能够独立完成公文、汇报材料、商务文件及相关文案。 4. 持有效机动车驾驶证，驾驶技术熟练，能够适应商务出行、项目现场及临时接待安排。 5. 工作细致可靠，责任心和执行力强；
