岗位职责 1、负责海外游戏广告视频创意团队的搭建与管理，制定团队工作机制及质量标准，保障素材高效稳定产出。 2、根据产品特点、目标市场及投放数据，制定视频创意策略，持续提升素材点击率、转化率及投放效果。 3、深入研究海外市场用户偏好、竞品素材及广告趋势，沉淀创意方法论，输出高质量创意方向与脚本。 4、与投放、制作人、美术、运营等团队紧密协作，推动素材策划、制作、测试及迭代全流程闭环。 5、建立视频素材资产及创意管理体系，持续优化团队效率，提升创意成功率与素材生命周期。

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，5年以上视频创意或广告设计相关经验，2年以上团队管理经验，有海外游戏行业经验者优先。 2、熟悉海外游戏买量素材制作流程，具备丰富的视频创意策划能力，对Meta、TikTok、Google等主流广告平台素材特点有深入理解。 3、具备优秀的创意洞察能力，能够结合数据分析持续优化素材方向，并具备成熟的爆款素材打造经验。 4、熟悉视频制作全流程及主流设计工具（Adobe Premiere、After Effects、Photoshop等），能够指导团队完成高质量视频创作。 5、具备良好的跨团队沟通能力、项目推动能力及团队管理能力，能够带领团队持续提升创意质量与业务成果。
