任职要求： 1、2年以上游戏行业引入商务、发行商务或研发合作经验。 2、熟悉小游戏赛道生态，对常见玩法、商业化模式及研发团队能力判断有一定积累。 3、具备较强的行业信息获取能力和关系拓展能力。 4、有一定产品理解和市场判断能力，能快速初筛项目价值。 5、沟通与谈判能力强，能推动复杂合作持续往前走。 6、有小游戏研发资源、成功签约案例或重点赛道认知者优先。
