岗位职责

1. 月度账单整理：按节奏收集、核对公有云（多云）及带宽、证书、域名、CDN、机房、软件授权等技术资源供应商账单；核对用量、金额、账期、合同与发票，差异及时跟进供应商与内部对接人。 2. 分账与成本归集：按既定标签、项目、业务线、成本中心等口径拆分账单，输出可对账的分账表；标签缺失、归属不清的条目整理后交业务运维确认，不自行改规则。 3. 付款与财务闭环：按公司流程准备并提交付款申请、对账单、发票与附件；跟进审批进度，对接财务完成请款、付款、入账；维护供应商、合同、账期台账，避免漏付、错付、超期。 4. 内外部协同：日常对接外部供应商商务/财务接口人，以及内部业务运维、项目负责人和财务；能把「账单对不上、项目找不到、发票缺材料」这类问题推进到关闭。 5. 备案事务：按流程推进网站/APP 等 ICP 备案、变更、注销、年审及材料收集；对接管局/接入商、业务方与法务/品牌相关接口人，跟踪进度并归档证明材料。 6. 过程沉淀：把月结、分账、请款、备案做成可交接的清单和记录；配合负责人做费用异常核对（例如无归属资源、突增账单），不负责权限开通与账号治理。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上，信息管理、计算机相关、财务相关专业优先；应届或 1～3 年相关经验均可。 2. 熟练使用 Excel（透视、VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP、数据核对）；能处理上万行账单级表格；有飞书/OA 审批使用经验优先。 3. 细心、守时、对数字和附件材料敏感；能按月结节奏独立把一批账单从收到提交做到可追溯。 4. 沟通清楚、跟进有闭环；能同时对接供应商、业务运维、财务，不怕跨部门催材料。 5. 了解公有云常见计费项（ECS/对象存储/流量/CDN 等）或有过供应商对账、应付账款、费用分摊经验优先；有 ICP 备案经办经验加分，无经验可带教。 6. 诚实、保密意识强；账单、合同、发票按规范保管，不越权处理账号和权限。

加分项 1. 有过阿里云 / 腾讯云 / AWS 等控制台账单、费用中心或标签分账操作经验。 2. 有游戏、互联网、IDC、CDN、带宽等技术采购或运维支持背景。 3. 能用简单脚本（Python / 表格公式）做对账辅助。
