岗位职责： 1、负责根据游戏产品需求及故事主题，设计游戏片头动画，表演动画，大招的分镜设计； 2、负责在不同游戏初期阶段，设计能够体现游戏核心点的概念插图； 3、负责通过对镜头语言和节奏得运用创作出优秀得概念设计方案； 4、对镜头语言有深入得了解，保证游戏动画的品质； 5、能很好的理解项目，并能提出切实可行的合理建议提升动画的整体质量。 任职资格: 1、本科及以上学历，三年以上美术工作经验，参与过至少两个完整的动画项目开发，擅长欧美卡通风格优先； 2、游戏设计、影视、动画等设计相关类专业优先； 3、对结构，色彩，空间以及气氛有较强的设计和把握能力，具备扎实的美术与镜头语言功底； 5、适应产品不同的风格，有较好的想象力与创造力，思维活跃，了解动画领域趋势及流行风格； 6、做事积极向上、谦虚上进，乐于学习与分享。 P.S.投递简历时，请附加作品集
