岗位定位 作为海外休闲游戏小组的核心产品 Owner，负责产品从 0 到 1 上线及后续持续迭代，并结合市场、发行和数据判断推动产品长期增长。 岗位职责 1. 负责海外休闲游戏从 0 到 1 的产品设计与持续迭代，参与玩法方向判断、核心循环、系统设计、数值及版本规划，并对产品上线后的长期迭代效果负责。 2. 结合海外休闲游戏市场及发行反馈持续优化产品，能够与发行团队围绕市场趋势、用户反馈、素材方向、买量表现等进行有效沟通，共同判断产品方向和版本优先级。 3. 基于数据持续发现和解决产品问题，能够围绕新增、留存、活跃、关卡/玩法表现、商业化等核心指标进行基础分析，通过数据验证设计判断并推动产品迭代。 4. 承担小团队核心 Owner 角色，适应快速开发、快速验证的工作节奏。除核心策划工作外，能够根据业务阶段主动承担部分产品运营、数据分析及项目推进工作。 5. 持续关注海外休闲游戏市场的新玩法、新产品及用户趋势，能够拆解竞品并形成可落地的产品判断，推动团队快速进行玩法验证与创新。 任职要求 1. 具备海外休闲游戏完整项目经验，至少深度参与过 1 款产品从 0 到 1 开发并正式上线；有持续跟进产品上线后 1 年以上运营及迭代经验者优先，完整经历产品验证、调优及长期运营阶段。 2. 具备较强的竞品分析和产品拆解能力，能够从玩法、系统、数值、商业化、用户体验及市场表现等维度拆解海外休闲产品，并形成自己的产品判断，而非简单复制设计。 3. 具备较强的数据分析及实验能力，能够独立通过数据发现问题、提出假设、设计 A/B Test、分析实验结果并推动后续迭代，不依赖数据分析团队直接提供结论。 4. 理解海外休闲游戏发行及买量的基础逻辑，了解海外市场主流买量渠道，对数据基础指标有认知，能够与发行团队围绕产品和买量表现进行有效沟通。 5. 具备综合策划能力和 Owner 意识，适应小团队、快节奏的工作模式，能够同时关注玩法体验、系统、数值、运营及产品指标，并愿意根据业务需要承担策划、运营、轻量数据分析等多种职责。
