游戏运营 岗位职责： 1. 负责肉鸽割草/塔防手游项目的迭代与商业化运营工作； 2. 负责撰写具体的本地化功能策划案，并协调美术和程序制作，推动运营需求功能落地； 3. 根据不同市场产品所处阶段进行针对性的运营活动设计,达成产品目标，为流水负责; 4. 负责项目海外市场表现的数据分析工作，通过数据分析推动产品迭代； 5. 负责与支持部门的沟通、协调，例如发行、客服等团队，达成运营目标；

任职资格： 1. 本科以上学历，3年以上手游运营或商业化策划经验，有项目出海经验优先； 2. 至少参与运营过一款月流水过千万的产品； 3. 关注产品的用户体验，对数值敏感，对数据分析、商业化模型有独特见解； 4. 了解掌握游戏研发工作流程，对程序和美术的工作有一定了解； 5. 沟通表达能力好，逻辑思维能力强，能承受较强的工作压力，有责任心，自驱力强。
