岗位定位 负责新总部 60000㎡ + 4000㎡ 租赁职场所有会务体系的设计、建设、运营，是“会议全流程服务”与“空间体验”的总负责人。

岗位职责 1. 根据不同来访对象制定不同等级的会务服务标准，提升会务服务水平 2. 负责相关会务空间运营，巡检，管理，包括但不限于展厅/茶室/会议室/培训室/VIP区域 3. 参与前期精装筹备阶段，设计参观讲解路线，配合品牌部门整理输出讲解词 4. 负责会务物料清单确认、选品、打样、生产定制 5. 公司内部各类活动支持（大型培训、校招会、CJ展等） 6. 会务供应商储备（如茶歇、会议支持外包）、上门宴请资源储备 7. 搭建会务团队（正编+外包），培训及绩效管理

任职要求 - 全日制本科及以上学历 - 5 年以上高端会务经验 - 有大型会务体系搭建经验者优先（科技、互联网优先） - 较强的活动组织能力与服务意识 - 热情、高能量、抗压
