岗位职责： 1. 负责员工服务数字化体系建设与流程优化，梳理员工服务全流程，建立SOP、标准和知识库 2. 搭建数字化运营工具保障日常使用与迭代升级，推动 AI 工具在员工服务场景的应用，持续提升服务自动化率和响应效率，推动员工服务的智能化升级 3. 建立员工服务看板，定期输出运营分析，用数据推动决策 4. 协同技术、HR等跨部门团队，打通员工服务上下游，确保服务体验一致性，支持集团化运营的可复制可持续 5. 完成交办的其他相关工作，配合团队达成整体福利工作目标

任职要求： 1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，3年以上行政管理/员工服务相关工作经验，互联网/科技/AI行业或大型企业综合行政体经验优先，具有行政数字化平台、员工服务评价体系建设经验者优先 2. 核心能力： 1. 具备独立项目管理能力，有服务设计和流程改善意识，数据敏感度高； 2. 具备良好的跨门沟通与资源统筹能力，执行力强； 3. 具备良好的服务意识和用户思维，平衡员工体验与运营成本 3. 专业技能：熟练使用Excel、飞书、多维表等工具，了解AI工具（如 Claude Code、Cursor、codex等），具备用AI解决实际行政问题的意识与能力 4. 职业素养：责任心强、务实可靠，具备良好的抗压能力和团队协作精神，做事严谨认真，有良好的职业操守和保密意识，遵守公司各项规章制度 5. 认同公司企业文化，助力提升员工福利体验
