-岗位职责： 负责游戏产耗数值整体设计与维护； 根据游戏内系统设计与玩法需求，设计数值框架及具体数值，以达成系统/玩法设计目标； 根据线上数据情况及用户反馈，对数值体验进行持续调优； 监控产品周期，根据用户实际养成情况，进行投放调优及数值下放； 配合运营规划，为周期性及节点性活动设计商业化内容及活跃玩法产出； 参与调研其他竞品的运营情况，输出调研报告，并提出项目优化建议。

任职要求: 全日制本科及以上学历，211/985及海外留学背景优先； 3年以上数值策划工作经验； 有0-1经验者优先，有商业化及长线运营经验者优先； 具有敏锐的市场意识，熟悉数据分析、商业化策略、产品优化及竞品分析； 对游戏有深刻理解，有足够广度的游戏涉猎，关注用户对产品的体验； 具备良好的逻辑分析能力、学习能力，善于整合资源，有较强的主动性。
